The process was fragmented and time-consuming, lacking real-time tracking and a user-friendly experience. As the platform scaled, this system became a bottleneck, affecting both the user journey and backend efficiency.

To solve this, designed a streamlined booking platform that allows users to reserve slots, manage their bookings, and complete payments using either cards or credits. The platform also supports discount codes and provides users with a personalized dashboard. On the backend, it equips the founding team with real-time insights into bookings and transactions, reducing manual effort and improving operational control. The result is a seamless, end-to-end booking experience that’s intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
